We were blessed with abundance this Christmas. We pray we remember the abundant life our Savior has given us each and every day.

I planned a number of crafts and cookie baking the kids could help with to help for the week before Christmas when they were off from school.

This year we opted not to go up to Yacolt and ride the Christmas Tree Train. Instead we went to Vancouver the first weekend in December to see a live Nativity put on by a church there.

We then went to Loch Lolly Christmas Tree Forest here in Hillsboro to see some live reindeer they brought in and the man in red.

And we put up our Christmas tree, complete with Polar Express train. In this house, there is room to fit it around the Christmas tree. Since putting it up, Pat has added a tunnel, another train car and some trees. It’s really very festive.
