This year has been a year with some big milestones. We started the year celebrating Kris’s parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was actually December 31, 2015 but we celebrated in January. Patrick’s parents celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in March with a party following in June.
In July, Kris and her sister Kathy celebrated their 50th birthday.
We said goodbye to elementary school in June as Kaara entered middle school in the fall and Noah started high school.
Noah is almost as tall as Patrick. He is enjoying his graphic design and engineering design classes while Kaara is having fun in shop and in science. Kaara also got braces in the summer. Hoping to have them off by next Christmas.
We also said goodbye to our dog, Sparkle, this year. In November, after 16-1/2 years, she took her walk on the rainbow bridge. We have many happy memories of what she brought to our family.
